Job Description Property Management Analyst

Position Description
The Property Management Analyst responsibilities include: property management support, personal property fleet management support, personal property inventories, customer forums and site visits, Automated Inventory Tracking System (AITS) user support and familiarization, personal property and source documentation support, audit support, excess and lost property support, Logistics Inventory System (LIS) support, capitalization documentation support, real property assets and capitalization support and claims support.


Your future duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for property management support that includes processing property documentation and correspondence.
- Review and track inventories to ensure accurate documentation and completion. Monitor and process capitalization documentation and correspondence.
- Utilize all tools, databases to ensure accurate project/asset closeouts.
- Review and process documentation for the disposal of personal property, including both accountable and non-accountable equipment, furniture, and supplies.
- Verify documentation requirements while providing assistance and support to Government personnel in completing the Report of Excess agency tracking tool.
- Provide fleet manager administrative support actions including environmental mandate compliance, processing Home-to-Work authorization requests, assisting accuracy and completeness of vehicle records and government license requisitions.
- Candidate will assist with fulfillment of fleet goals.
- Create loan pools and assist accident reporting and administration of GSA Short Term Rentals.
- Candidate will process documentation and capitalization documentation/correspondence.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Must have a minimum of 2 years general business experience
- Bachelors degree
- Candidate must be detail-oriented and experienced with property and asset management.
- Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

Desired qualifications:
- Logistics, inventory, and audit experience
