The LCBO is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant to provide confidential administrative support to the Director, Regional HR Services and HR Administration, the Director, Corporate HR Services and Compensation, and departmental staff. In addition, you will: compile, analyze and record data from various sources and systems, for the purpose of preparing reports and; provide general HR support by coordinating staffing processes, maintaining HR files, preparing correspondence, maintaining logs, and generating statistics.

Qualifications:
•Excellent administrative support skills and knowledge of the Human Resource function, including such areas as staffing, salary administration, and position administration;
•Experience providing budgeting and administrative support in a highly confidential environment;
•Excellent communication skills, tact, diplomacy and discretion; and
•Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs including proficiency in designing and running queries in MS Access.
