Reporting to the Product Manager, the successful applicant will co-ordinate and organize the execution of all product listings for all VINTAGES programs. (Retail release, Essentials, Classics Catalogue, Futures etc). Duties will include: co-coordinating all activities and information pertaining to the product lifecycle on a large number of product submissions simultaneously in a timely manner, making certain that all requirements have been met; preparation of management information reports (e.g. uncut reports,) and working documents for the buyers (e.g. pricing document); verifying product and pricing information in releases and in-store POP; responding to general requests and inquiries regarding the Category, both internally and externally, and alerting Category Management on important business issues; liaising with the Category and Product Managers as well as the Publications group on all product information for the release and performing other administrative duties and projects as assigned.

The position requires extensive word processing, Excel and administrative experience. Very detail oriented, exceptional organization and time management skills including a demonstrated ability to independently prioritize and manage a number of ongoing and conflicting deadlines. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills including the ability to compile and write reports, letters and memorandums, as well as communicate effectively to trade enquiries. Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with the trade in professional manner. Demonstrated experience and ability to liaise with all levels of individuals in a professional, courteous and tactful manner. Demonstrated ability to work reliably, efficiently and make effective decisions under minimum supervision with exposure to stressful and sensitive situations. Position also requires sound analytical skills, proficiency in the use of a personal computer and appropriate software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
