Job Description Process Analyst

As a team player in the Supply Chain department, you will apply your expertise to recommend and implement business improvement solutions, analyze and report results across a broad spectrum of Supply Chain initiatives, and develop databases and reporting procedures.

Qualifications:
•You must have a degree in Business or Industrial Engineering. Supply Chain Management Certification or related experience is an asset.
•Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain management principles, practices and processes in a retail environment.
•Applied experience in process mapping and process design.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, forecasting and model-building skills are essential.
•Advanced skills using MS Office applications especially Excel and Access.
•Demonstrated experience in database design and data management.
•Strong knowledge and detailed understanding of WMS, TMS, and DRP systems.
•Experience with enterprise software such as Oracle Financials, SharePoint and Microstrategy.
•Project experience is required.
•You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be adept at managing client relationships in a tactful and diplomatic manner.
