| Job Description |
Shoreland Transport, Cook Aquaculture's Transportation Division, is seeking a General Manager of Logistics and Operations. reporting to Senior Management, you will support the significant growth Shoreland has experienced over the past several years and guide the team and operational efficiencies to support the continued growth into the future.
You will bring your experience in the trucking industry to manage a team of administration of staff and drivers. You will plan, direct, and manages sales and operational functions, stakeholder relations, all matters related to quality and productivity standards, and develop new processes and procedures to support the organization's growth strategy.
You have financial and budget responsibilities, and must have familiarity with Canadian and USA Motor Carrier rules and regulations.
Most importantly, you are a leader of people. You create team cohesiveness and thrive on mentoring and developing people to achieve optimum performance.
