Your Role In Our Continued Success

We are continually searching for the best talent; individuals who possess a deep commitment to the customers and markets we serve. We are currently seeking a Business Development Manager, Commercial Solutions –Ontario Region who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

In this outstanding opportunity, you will undertake the following:
• Grow our Commercial Solutions product line in your territory by winning new accounts and developing relationships with existing accounts. Main customers are lawyers and lenders, however could also have other segments such as brokers and management companies.
• Provide a high level of customer satisfaction to ensure we exceed our customer expectations and build customer advocacy
• Attain all revenue and policy targets as assigned
• Achieve weekly face to face sales calls targets and ensure that all appointments, contacts and opportunities are logged into our client relationship management database by the end of the week in which they occur
• Conduct all customer calls using our sales excellence technique
• Contribute to the overall growth of FCT by providing feedback regarding the market in which you participate
• Manage your territory using FCT’s Best Practices
• Use all sales tools provided to their maximum capacity
• Manage your expenses within guidelines
• As a member of the Commercial Solutions sales team, you will assist in uncovering and capitalizing on opportunities


• A minimum of 3-5 years' aggressive sales experience
• A strong customer focus with the ability to prospect, create leads, grow the business and manage accounts while fostering close account relationships and generating new sales to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
• Proven exceptional presentation skills
• Strong initiative coupled with strong communication, time management and computer skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• This position involves extensive travel within the assigned territory with the Greater Toronto Region
