Fixed Term opportunities within our Retail Outlets and Logistics Warehouses are available during summer months and/or the December Holiday season. Employment during these periods provides short-term operational support during the LCBO peak seasons. Fixed Term opportunities are not available at our Head Office location. FIXED TERM RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES

Fixed Term Customer Service Representatives are hired in our retail outlets on a short-term basis during our peak sales periods, which include:

• Holiday Season mid-November through December.
• Summer employment May through to Labour Day.

It is expected that you will be available for day and evening shifts throughout the period. Hours may be available any day of the week. Hours are not guaranteed, but are scheduled in advance by the store manager. However, on occasion, you may be called in to work on short notice.

Training is provided to expand your knowledge of LCBO products, customer service skills and social responsibility requirements.

Physical tasks include repetitive moving and lifting of bottles varying in weight, and lifting cases weighing up to 40 lbs/18 kg, and on occasion up to 60 lbs/27 kg; standing for extended periods of time and being able to reach, climb, bend, twist and walk. You may also be assigned to work on cash.

Proficiency in English and French may be required for locations designated to provide bilingual services.

FIXED TERM LOGISTICS RETAIL SERVICE CENTRE OPPORTUNITIES

Fixed Term summer opportunities in our logistics centres are available on a term basis from May through to Labour Day. Some of the opportunities are in the areas of shipping, receiving and order assembly.

Physical tasks include repetitive moving and lifting of bottles varying in weight, and lifting cases weighing up to 40 lbs/18 kg, and on occasion up to 60 lbs/27 kg; standing for extended periods of time and being able to reach, climb, bend, twist and walk. Ability to work various and/or rotational shifts may be required at some logistics centres. CSA approved safety footwear is required.
