A strong client focus with the ability to partner with external sales, prospect, generate leads, and manage accounts to achieve and exceed individual activity and regional sales targetsMinimum of 1 year experience in the lending industry (Experience in real estate industry a plusMinimum of 1 year sales experience with proven resultsDemonstrated presentation and customer service skillsPost secondary educationStrong verbal and written communication skills, time management and computer skillsFamiliarity with Webex, Webinars and Powerpoint preferredAbility to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environmentWorking hours are 11:30am-8pm Eastern Standard Time as this position covers the British Columbia RegionWe offer a competitive compensation & employee benefits plan as well as an RRSP/Profit Sharing program.
