HRPO Oil & Gas, Recruitment & Staffing experts, is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a future opportunity on behalf of our client for its office in Sarnia.

Duties:
-Data Entry;
-Invoice processing;
-Office management;
-Support operations staff and management as required.

Skills Required:
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel including creating charts, PowerPoint, Word, etc.); Familiarity or ability to learn SAP, IMPACT and other computer software;
-Ability to multi-task, manage changing priorities and deadlines;
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
-Interact well with others;
-Be open to learning new tasks and software.
