Area: Home and Commercial

To promote continued growth and superior customer service for new business and current clients in the areas of CSA Group¡¦s certification and testing services within an assigned territory or other areas as requested by the Sales Manager. Serves as an internal sales and customer contact for initial inquiries, quotes and service within an assigned area and to provide support. Follows-up on sales and marketing opportunities via email and phone communications.
„X Supports the Sales process by providing preliminary information to prospective contacts/leads and current customers within an assigned area or other areas as requested by the Sales Manager.
„X Contacts current customers and promotes CSA certification and testing services for new business opportunities within assigned area at the discretion of the Sales Manager.
„X Prepares proposals and provides support for customers within an assigned area on an as needed basis and at the discretion of the Sales Manager. Provides continued support for the North American Sales team while they are on vacation as needed and at the discretion of the Sales Manager.
„X Promotes CSA services by contacting new prospects and current clients whom are using our competitors and other various testing and certification agencies within assigned area or other areas at the discretion of the Sales Manager.
„X Maintains input of new/existing client information into the Optimus within assigned area or other areas as needed at the discretion of the Sales Manager.
„X Assists and Support Account Managers in their annual goals to increase revenue.
„X Completes and documents weekly Cold Calls to existing clients. Follows up on open quotations and Sales opportunities.
„X Manages Certification Sales inbox to qualify and tracks leads.
„X Maintains and tracks open quotes and Sales opportunities in an effective way. Meets the client¡¦s time frame and works to exceed expectations.
„X Coordinates on site activities for customer visits, as required. Maintains an open line of communication with Account Managers.
„X Researches customer accounts, identify opportunities for growth & generate interest.

Education/Experience:
„X 2 years post secondary education or equivalent
„X 2-3 years of experience
„X Understanding of CSA Group systems of SAP, BW, CRIS, CRM and Optimus
„X Knowledge of the safety certification industry
„X Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, (Microsoft Outlook or an equivalent CRM application) and database applications
„X Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
„X Excellent phone and customer service skills
„X Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks
