Your responsibilities

 Prevent and resolve problems related to the equipment maintenance for the apartment units (pumps, motors, plumbing, etc.)
 Coordinate, manage and contribute to the plans of improving the building maintenance
 In collaboration with his/her colleague, execute major maintenance tasks
 Perform various, small mechanical repairs such as ventilation systems (air make up in hallways), water heaters, etc.
 Accomplish some carpentry work (includes the possibility to install counter tops and flooring )
 Ensure property maintenance and cleanliness

Our requirements

 Card or certification is desirable but not mandatory for any of the following trades: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, welding (an asset)
 Knowledge of pumps, motors, plumbing and electrical skills
 Good understanding of the English language (English environment)
 Ability to lead and to work with a small team
 Patience and tact in dealing with tenants
 Ability to prioritize tasks
 Computer proficiency (MS Office understanding, mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint), a valuable asset
 Own tools and ability to work with minimal supervision
