Saputo is currently seeking a Supervisor, Accounts Receivable for their office of the Canadian division located in Saint-Laurent. Supervise and coordinate the Accounts Receivable team;Provide daily support and ongoing training to the team;Ensure all customer receipts (cash, checks, wires, credit cards, and electronic fund transfers) are accurately processed, posted, and reconciled on a daily basis;Process, investigate, and follow-up on all customer deductions and short payments within the required timelines;Document all collection activities and follow-up on all past due invoices as per company policies and objectives;Ensure all write-offs, offsets, discounts, credit notes, and scanned documents are processed within the established deadlines;Able to promptly identify, escalate, and resolve issues;Maintain an environment that promotes communication and teamwork;Promote excellent customer service to all internal and external customers;Perform any other related tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, equivalent or relevant work experience;Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role;Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written is essential;Good computer skills, Office Suite, knowledge of Maestro considered an asset;Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;Self motivated with strong initiative skill;High level of accuracy, organizational, and analytical skills;Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.
