This position is responsible for developing and implementing Total Rewards policies and programs with regards to Compensation, Benefits and Pension.
-Manage and overview the development, implementation and administration of Total Rewards programs and processes.-Create and implement efficient Total Rewards communication strategies on an ongoing basis-Ensure that all Total Rewards policies and programs are competitive and compliant with applicable legislation-Deal with all management levels, and act as an expert for human resources partners and colleagues-Contribute to program development and make recommendations in order to ensure continuous improvement-Supervise and manage activities such as job evaluation, salary recommendation, market benchmarking, annual salary review, variable pay and benefit and pension plan review.-Act as a coach for senior compensation advisors, ensure the department runs efficiently and optimize recurring activities such as budget planning.-Participate to department projects and initiatives such as wellness initiatives.
-Bachelor in Business Administration or equivalent;-6 to 10 years of experience in a similar role;-Bilingual, French & English (spoken and written);-Proficient in Microsoft Office -Demonstrates a professional attitude, proactivity, leadership and team spirit-Demonstrates adaptability-Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) an asset.-Excellent interpersonal and communications skills (written and verbal), able to communication effectively with all levels, exercising tact and diplomacy. -Excellent influencing skills and ability to act as a change agent.-Experience working in a global and/or matrix organization is an asset.-Proven ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. -Available to travel periodically
