Hours:
8 hour shifts, days, evenings, nights and weekends & Stat holidays. Hours and shifts are subject to change with notice based on the needs of the organization.

$27.54 - $28.78/Hour

Required

• Grade 12 education or equivalent education with working experience.
• Must have demonstrated typing and other basic clerical skills including computer ie. Microsoft Office, e-mail and faxing experience.

Duties

• Answers telephone and or console, takes messages, screens and re-routes calls for both internal and external customers.
• Dispatches tasks utilizing computer software.
• Resolves service problems to customer’s satisfaction.
• Monitors alarm panels and initiates response to codes and alarms
• Trouble shoots pager and telephone handling questions.
• Attends all dept./hospital in-service orientation and other meetings as required.
• Competence with telecommunications and network technology.
• Performs other clerical functions
• Performs other duties as assigned.

TMH also provides a range of outpatient clinical and diagnostic services including cardiology, pulmonary function testing, diabetes education and management, medical day clinic, mammography, CT, X-ray and laser light urology.The staff, physicians and volunteers at TMH are passionate about providing quality care and treat patients like extended family.
