We are currently looking to hire BPMS Solution Consultants in multiple office locations having at least 8+ years of experience in delivering BPMS & SOA solutions, are fully proficient on Software AG’s webMethods BPM & SOA Suite and have experience working with technology driven consulting services organizations.

Desired Expertise & Skills

• Based on specific business requirements, process architecture and existing technology architecture; analyze, interpret and develop process and integration requirements, including process modeling using the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
• Design business process models and SOA components using BPMS modeling tools and generate detailed technical design.
• At least 5+ years experience in configuring, customizing and developing end-to-end solutions by optimally using webMethods Process Designer, webMethods Integration Server, Broker, Enterprise Service Bus, CAF / Portal, Trading Networks and having expertise on using industry and application adapters. Having ARIS & other leading BPMS platforms experience is a plus.
• Have experience in delivering solutions with Business Rules Management Systems, Process Simulation, Business Activity Monitoring and Process Governance tools.
• At least 5+ years of experience in designing and developing intuitive User Interface Design for business users utilizing innovative techniques, standards and platforms.
• Develop and test the process models using BPM and SOA development environments in java, BPEL, .NET web services and other components / technologies.
• Perform system, integration and performance testing in the integrated SOA test environment tools such as Green Hat and ITKO lisa.
• Develop and adhere to BPM and SOA design, development, release and testing best practices.
• Experience in AGILE development methodology and contribute in continuously enhancing BPMS solution delivery methodology.
• 8+ yrs extensive experience with J2EE application development, SOA services development, and XML technologies.
• 8+ yrs data modeling and RDBMS development experience
• 8+ years of Java or .NET application development experience.
• Experience with Mainframe Technologies, Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, MDM and EA platforms is a plus.
