Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Currency Awareness and Education Team (CAET), the Senior Analyst provides services for project planning, management, coordination and quality assurance for the teams communications projects and initiatives. The Senior Analyst ensures that all projects are delivered in the required format, on time and according to requirements and Bank standards. As a senior member of the CAET, the Senior Analyst is responsible for engaging and mentoring junior staff, consulting with colleagues and gaining group collaboration on initiatives without formal reporting lines. This requires skills in information gathering, open communication and promoting a collaborative work environment. The Senior Analyst develops production plans and schedules and works collaboratively with other groups in Currency, other internal groups (Translation, Editorial, Print Production) and external suppliers to deliver on the requested communications projects. The Analyst ensures the delivery of high-quality products.

undergraduate degree in communications, marketing or another related field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experiencein addition English and French essential linguistic requirement: functional in second official language (training may be provided to help the selected candidate reach the required level of fully functional) ability to direct the work of other team members who do not formally report to you at least one year of experience in project management ability to present various projects, topics, etc., to senior management independently driven with the ability to follow projects through with minimal supervision ability to maintain and build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues
