The Junior Analyst is responsible for assisting in the assessment, gathering, analysis, testing and documentation of the information management (IM) requirements of business stakeholders in order to support the proper classification of business content and accurate migration of such content into SharePoint. Under the direction of the Project Manager and/or Business Authority, you will participate in the implementation and support of a new Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solution (SharePoint). As part of the ECM team, you will work to identify, analyze and document the document management requirements of numerous business stakeholders. In addition, you will support the team in all activities related to the migration of business content into the new platform.

enrolled in a college or university program and have completed at least the first year of a business, bachelor of commerce or computer science program English or French essential excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members strong verbal and written communication skills ability to ask probing questions to get at the root of a situation/problem or to identify potential opportunities ability to consistently show initiative and resourcefulness to solve problems and ensure that high-quality work is produced, while respecting deadlines demonstrated attention to detail even when carrying out multiple activities and plans for quality control ability to communicate effectively with others by demonstrating active listening skills and conveying information clearly
ability to communicate effectively in both official languages knowledge of SharePoint web development experience
