Position Overview:

We currently have a career opportunity for an enthusiastic, results driven individual to work with our Atlantic Home-Auto Branch team in the Moncton, NB office.

What you will achieve in this role:

Reporting to the Home-Auto Operations Leader, you will be responsible for servicing and growing a book of business by responding to client service inquiries, using established procedures in a fast-paced computerized environment. You will use your sales ability to cross sell to your existing clients. You will spend your time fielding inquiries and requests from home-auto clients. You will enjoy using your communication skills to increase customer awareness of the benefits and features of Johnson products.

Specifically, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Processing insurance transactions (new, renewal, endorsements, cancellations) with strict adherence to underwriting guidelines
• Accepting payments and processing changes in payment methods
• Providing advice on recommended home and auto coverage and handling client inquiries

What you bring to this role:

You have a solid knowledge of Personal Lines Insurance and competent computer skills. You have a minimum of three to five (3 – 5) years’ experience in Personal Lines Insurance and a background in customer service and sales. Excellent client service, organization and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work in a team environment. A General Insurance license is required with preference given to those who are working toward a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation or a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation
