Salary Range:

Salary Range (annual salary): The Bank offers a competitive total compensation package with starting salaries, based on qualifications, generally ranging between $44,870 and $52,788* (job grade 12).

Job Summary

As a Recruitment Coordinator, you provide dedicated, bilingual, administrative support to the Manager of Recruitment and the Recruitment Team. You participate in making the recruitment process activities run smoothly, efficiently and on time, ensuring that priorities and deadlines are met. Under the general direction of the Manager, you provide services in the area of general administration and work in collaboration with the Recruitment Team.

Central Responsibilities:

• advertise job opportunities using Workopolis and other sources of advertisement
• coordinate interview scheduling with potential candidates
• prepare documentation following the completion of a recruitment process (letter of employment,
forms to be completed by the employee, etc.)
• coordinate recruitment activities such as booking hotels, reconciling expenses, preparing kits
and other related administrative duties as required
• provide assistance regarding internal and external client inquiries from various sources
• participate in team meetings; prepare agenda and meeting notes
• collaborate with and support co-workers; exchange information and provide assistance as
required
• take initiative to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness
• work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – Njoyn

Key Requirements:

post-secondary education in human resources

or

• a minimum of two years of work experience in progressively more responsible administrative
positions, preferably in human resources

in addition:

• English and French essential
• linguistic requirement: functional in second official language (training may be provided to help
the selected candidate reach the required level of fully functional)
• experience in drafting letters of offer and/or other legal documents
• advanced technical computer skills in the following Microsoft software: Outlook, Word and Excel
• ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail, even as priorities change and urgencies
intervene
• ability to be flexible and to be a self-starter
• strong ability to plan and organize work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines
• ability to work independently and in a team environment where mutual support is essential
• ability to respect confidentiality of information
• ability to exercise sound judgment
• strong interpersonal and communication skills, including a facility to work and interact with
individuals at all levels
