Experience and Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills with physicians, patients and visitors with high regard to public relations
Computer skills are mandatory.
Medical Terminology Required
Previous recent office experience.
Proven problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent is required.
Ability to work unsupervised.
Previous hospital experience an asset.
Previous registration/switchboard experience an asset
Commitment to Service Excellence
Satisfactory performance appraisal and attendance.
