We are looking for an innovative full-stack developer to join an application maintenance services (AMS) team which supports critical public sector services. Our team keenly observes technology trends but strives to address business requirements with practical technical solutions.



Your future duties and responsibilities
Working as part of the AMS team, you will:
• Build, test and implement software improvements across the entire technical stack;
• Participate in feature conceptualization and design;
• Engage your programming talent in web applications, server-side business logic, integration, scripting, automation and system scalability;
• Troubleshoot incidents involving loss of application availability;
• Participate in development of new applications and APIs.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Knowledge:
• College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related field,
• Working knowledge of agile methodology.

Skills:
Minimum of two years of work experience in application maintenance or development, using the following technologies:
• C#.NET
• A front-end JavaScript framework (like Angular or JQuery)
• SQL programming
The following work experience is desirable
• Experience in developing REST API's (ASP.NET Core WebAPI is preferred)
• Experience in using advanced SQL tools like SSRS

Abilities:
• Write technical documentation in English
• Articulate ideas/solutions clearly using non-technical language
• Troubleshoot technical issues urgently
• Research technical solutions, standards, and products

Personal attributes:
• Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
