Position Description
Are you passionate about people? The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an active contributor to the National Talent Acquisition team. Be a part of a number of key elements of the recruitment and hiring process. During the interim, this role will be based remotely.


Your future duties and responsibilities
• Carry out assignments/projects to ensure results meet established time lines, quality standards and agreed objectives.
• Support the production of various recruitment documentation/ activities such as processing Offer Letters and/or scheduling interviews and updating applicant tracking system.
• Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly reports.
• Contribute to a variety of recruitment projects led by the National TA Director.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Education in business or HR related field.

Experience and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years’ experience in HR/Recruitment administration
• Ability to manipulate and consolidate reports
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with the proven ability to manage a workload with competing priorities, highly organized with the ability to multitask.
• Advanced Microsoft Office tools that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
