Position Description
Be part of something exciting and join CGI as a Vice President providing leadership and strategic direction to the growth of our North East of England business.

You will play an integral role developing, maintaining and growing a strong leadership team, facilitate senior-level executive relationships with clients and partners and provide strong leadership with go to market strategies and direction to shape the future of the North East of England Business for CGI in the UK.

Also you will ensure a balanced business between outsourcing, systems integration and consulting, bring the ‘Best of CGI’ to the value of our clients and members, and hold delivery oversight, team lead, brand and ambassador responsibilities for CGI.



Your future duties and responsibilities
The Vice President will hold full Profit & Loss responsibility for the business including responsibility and accountability for year-on-year improvements for revenue, Net contribution and other key metrics.

As the successful candidate you will play an integral role developing, maintaining and growing a strong leadership team, facilitate senior-level executive relationships with clients and partners and provide strong leadership with go to market strategies and direction to shape the business area.

The successful candidate will ensure a balanced business between outsourcing, systems integration and consulting, bring the ‘Best of CGI’ to the value of our clients and members, and hold delivery oversight, team lead, brand and ambassador responsibilities for CGI.



Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be considered, we’d be looking for a proven track record of P&L management, combining senior stakeholder engagement, programme delivery and business development expertise. You will offer leadership experience with significant annual revenues, financial management and a demonstrable track record in achieving profitable revenue growth whilst balancing the need of multiple stakeholders.

You will be well-versed in business development, sales pipeline and forecasting management experience, the ability to define strategies for success followed by the will to execute them. The opportunity will suit a results-orientated individual, passionate about their business, a proven team leader/builder, strong on technology with a demonstrable experience of business engagement with a deep level of market knowledge and insight.
