As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT system implementation, development, and maintenance projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure successful project delivery within budget and time constraints.

Tus futuras funciones y responsabilidades:

- Define project tasks and requirements.
- Ensure project delivery within the defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
- Communicate with the client representatives, project team and management.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project to stakeholders, present reports defining project progress, challenges, and solutions, implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Prepare documents regarding projects and complete additional administrative tasks.

Calificaciones requeridas para tener éxito en este rol:

- 5+ years’ experience of leading IT system implementation, development and/or maintenance projects.
- Experience of Agile and/or Waterfall project management.
- Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English.
- Leadership, motivation, communication, conflict management, trust-building skills.
- At least 1 project management certificate (PMP, CompTIA Project+, Prince2, Certified Project Manager IPMA certificate) would be considered as a strong advantage.
- Experience with ERP in manufacturing, enterprise asset management or document management areas - would be highly appreciated.
