Business Process Analyst - Energy and Utilities

Your role in our team
You will be responsible for the analysis and documentation of existing business processes and harmonizing them to a common vision.
You analyze business processes from a high-level architectural point of view in collaboration with an enterprise architect.
You will define the optimal future application landscape and produce an implementation roadmap.
When defining the to-be scenario, you take into consideration all business components in terms of applications, data and security.
You manage the communication will all stakeholders and ensure alignment and buy-in for the proposed solution.
You stay up to date with evolutions on the market and evaluate the added value of innovations and emerging technologies.
How you strengthen our team
Demonstrated experience of 6-8 years in defining and implementing IT transformation projects.
Perfect understanding of business processes and their integration with IT systems architectures.
Proven experience with best practices and methods (ITIL, etc.).
Ability to analyze and summarize.
Documentation of requirements, choices and monitoring of solution implementation.
Risk assessment.
Is considered as a Plus :
Experience in analyzing and implementing ITSM processes and tools.
Experience in raising awareness of ITIL best practice and in managing teams is desirable
Native French with good communication in English
Education : Bachelor or master degree with a focus on Information Technology, or equivalent
