As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and collaborate with Senior Team members to implement new technologies and participate in projects
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades such as server upgrades and patching, software installations, etc
- Monitor and test system performance and provide performance statistics and reports
- Review system logs for network and server related issues or security alarms
- Maintain data center – including racking servers and network devices, cabling, etc
- Respond to and resolve system issues
- Create training materials and server documentation
Learning Opportunities
The IT Infrastructure Team is responsible for managing the data center consisting of 250 + servers, 60 remote offices and a disaster recovery site. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate with the right attitude to learn, participate and work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
