Scope:

Reporting to the VP of Leasing and supporting the team of Leasing Directors, the incumbent will be comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment dealing with multiple demands, tight deadlines with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Offers to Lease, Business Correspondence and other Leasing documentation.
• Making distribution copies and sending of documents and reports to co-owners/tenants.
• Liaise with property management/legal and accounting teams as well as external clients.
• Understand and run financial reports
• Review and summarize leases and other legal documents.
• Process expense reports, co-ordinate travel, filing and photocopying.
• Maintain Schedules/appointment calendar on behalf of the VP.
• Preparation of presentations to solicit new business, reports to co-owners using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (College or University Degree with a focus in Business Administration preferred).
• 2-3 years of administration experience (4-5 years of experience supporting a senior manager preferred).
• Understanding of leases and legal contracts.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
