Scope:

The Operations Coordinator's main responsibility is to provide on going maintenance support to Marketing, Specialty Leasing and Operations departments.

Responsibilities:

Events:
- Participate in the operational/logistical planning of all marketing & community
relations events/promotions
- Assist Marketing department with the day to day marketing events and maintenance of all marketing equipment.

Collateral/Materials:
- Design and maintain a monthly spreadsheet listing all signage, collateral, etc. in storage.
- Maintain neat and organized storage areas at all times, ensuring outdated material is discarded in a timely fashion (i.e. after each event, promotion or season)

Signage:

- Ensure that all mall signage (including door decals, posters, etc.) is in perfect shape
- Review and prepare content in for all digital signage on a weekly basis
Equipment
- Coordinate the deliver of tables, chairs and other supplies to retailers and community groups as requested
- Assist with development of tenant digital signage advertising when required
- Perform regular updates to interactive directories
- Download interactive directory monthly reports

Qualifications:

- High School/College Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Retail environment
- Must have strong organizational & communication skills.
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of computer systems and small networks
- Adaptable and flexible approach with a willingness to learn
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
