Scope:

Provide administrative support for Square One’s Operations Department. Responsible for the timely entry of Tenant/Common Area utility consumption. Administration of documentation related to Square One’s Operations department.

Responsibilities:

• Enter consumption data required for monthly allocation of Tenant and Common Are utilities (hydro, water, gas). New/vacating tenant notices for monthly utility consumption.
• Administration of capital projects, invoices and documentation.
• Administer documentation for the Operations Department. Co-ordinates distribution and filing of on-going contracts, tenant notices related to utility disruption, maintenance etc.
• Administration of Risk Management Program. Corresponds with the insurance broker / carrier and defense lawyers.
• Administration of Joint Health and Safety and Environmental Programs. Includes: data entry, filing and distribution as requested from time to time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ year working in an administrative function in an industry related field
• OSSD or equivalent is a must have
• College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or similar is preferred
• Ability to prioritize in a busy operations department
• Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office
