Scope:

Under the direction of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Co-ordinator will play a major role in promoting, supporting, and protecting the brand, through the development of effective advertising creative, collateral, and quality events and programs.

Responsibilities:

Social Media: Create and implement a monthly schedule of activity on all Southcentre's social media, monitor social media activity and respond, and find opportunities to find fans and followers
Advertising/Promotion: Continually work with the Marketing Director and advertising agency in developing a schedule for seasonal creative roll-outs and events. Attend and contribute to photo shoots.
Research and Marketing Plan Development: Identify opportunities to gather meaningful data. Contribute to innovative and meaningful plan.
Shows and Events: Assist in the development and execution of shopping centre events and help identify opportunities to elevate the overall shopping experience.
Administration: Assist in the creation of the annual budget, monthly budget reviews, creation of purchase orders, and monthly executive summary.
Website: Coordinate and implement web content

Qualifications:

Degree or diploma with a focus on marketing, communications or business
3-5 years marketing experience
dynamic writing skills
strong project management experience
strong computer skills
