This position will support the Property Manager and the Oxford management team to provide a high standard of tenant/customer service at 2 Bloor Street West.
Duties include:Customer Relationship Management:- Assist in establishing and maintaining World Class customer relations with tenants.- Ensure tenant visitations are updated in CRM module- Work to communicate effectively and in a timely with tenants before, during and after any construction project.Reporting:- Assist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of internal and external relationships- Assist in annual budget preparation, quarterly reforecasting/reporting, monthly management and complete revenue variance analysis- Assist with monthly accrualsLease Administration:- Prepare and deliver notices to tenants with respect to lease administration- Interpret leases and ensure requirements are adhered to- Assist with tenant renewals, expansions and landlord consents- Monitor and complete leasehold improvement allowance and parking requirements as per the lease- Work with administration team to ensure current tenant lease profiles are inputted into the system accuratelyAccounts Receivable:- Provide supervision and support to the property administration team to ensure accuracy of billings and collections are received on time- After PA's initial collection effort
- Undergraduate degree with focus in accounting, commerce, business or real estate- Working towards RPA/CPM preferred- Minimum 2 years property management experience- Excellent MS Office skills- Strong oral and written communication skills- Preference will be given to candidates with supervisory experience- Knowledge of JDE an asset- Excellent ability to multi-task- Manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
