This position will support the Vice President, Portfolio Management and provide assistance to other VPs, Directors, Associates and Analysts as required.
Making distribution copies and sending of documents and reports. Liaise with internal Oxford teams (Legal, REM and Accounting teams) as well as external clients. Understand and run financial reports on OASIS, JD Edwards, OXBIZ and Toolkit Process expense reports, co-ordinate travel, filing and photocopying. Maintain Schedules/appointment calendar an behalf of the group and some individuals. Preparation of presentations and reports to using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
High School Diploma (College or University Degree with a focus in Business Administration preferred). 2-3 years of administration experience (4-5 years of experience supporting a senior manager preferred). Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
