This position is responsible for the overall management and administration of an approximately 800,000 square foot portfolio of Vancouver office buildings with industry leading levels of tenant satisfaction and employee engagement.


- Manage a staff of 7 building operations staff and 2 office staff to provide the highest level of building operations and customer service to our tenants
- Provide direction and training to staff, monitor progress and provide continuous feedback and recognition regarding performance
- Ongoing tenant relations to ensure market leading levels of tenant satisfaction and retention; embrace the CRM program and ensure 2 quality visits per tenant per year are completed
- Tenant coordination for tenant improvement and landlord work projects.
- Liaise with and manage contractors to ensure cost effective first class building operations
- Responsible for the overall integrity of the information in our systems including billings, lease information, and control reports
- Review and approval of building level payments including progress billing on work orders, cheque requisitions for tenant allowance, payments of brokerage commissions, contract work, design work
- Work with Property Administrators to maintain low levels of accounts receivable; contact tenants as required to collect outstanding accounts
- Meet or exceed Oxfordís key performance metrics regarding NOI, Capital, customer service (310-MAXX), operations, and sustainability
- Preparation of Property level quarterly reporting including leasing cost and capital cost analysis, NOI, vacancy and leasing, marketing, receivables, KPIís, and stacking plans
- Liaise with Development group regarding property level development and redevelopment projects
- Other projects as directed by the Director, Real Estate Management


- University Degree preferred
- 5-7 years related business experience
- Preference will be given to candidates with property management or leasing experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
