Opportunity Overview:

Reporting to the Asset Marketing Manager, under the leadership of the Director of Communications, the Marketing Communications Coordinator will contribute to compelling marketing materials and programs, which position the department as a valuable business partner within Oxford.

He/she will have exposure across many divisions and levels of the organization, and accordingly, must be comfortable dealing with a wide-cross section of personalities including current and prospective tenants, Brokers, prospective investment partners, and Oxford senior executives.


Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinate projects and manage varying priorities of internal and external designers on behalf of the team
• Add value to the marketing process, beyond execution, including strict quality control, creative art direction, and maintenance of brand standards
• Anticipate and understand internal customers’ business objectives; and have the ability to put themselves in the end-customer’s shoes, fully understanding the desired deliverable and appropriate medium
• Liaise with printers and other vendors on production and delivery of marketing material to various assets
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of multiple marketing projects to internal clients; delivering above-expectation, on-time and on-budget
• Maintain and update internal communications database, ensuring relevant images, collateral, and templates are made available as necessary
• Write copy for internal and external communications materials, including newsletters, posters, electronic invitations, brochures, website content, ads, and other various internal and external collateral, as needed


Desired Qualifications:
• Relevant Degree, ideally with a focus on Communications, Business, or English
• Bilingual an asset but not required
• Agency experience an asset
• 3-5 years of related marketing experience
• Dynamic writing skills; demonstrated ability to engage the customer through copy that stands out and speaks directly
• A demonstrated track record in ensuring consistent, perfect delivery of marketing projects for internal clients
• Proven track record in managing simultaneous projects from conception through to completion
• Whether coming from an agency or client-side, he/she will be able to meet multiple client demands and prioritize work through excellent time-management and strong project-management skills
• Strong computer skills including all MS Office applications (word, excel, PPT); Keynote skills an asset
• Software Savvy; basic knowledge of software packages such as Adobe Creative Suite
