The Concierge is a frontline position implementing client service initiatives to both internal and external clients by answering questions, providing directions and advice to enhance their experience at the TD Tower and City Centre Place.


- Greet tenants and visitors to the building and create relationships with tenants to better anticipate their needs
- Provide directions and advice to enhance and expedite visitors' and tenants' time at the building with respect to hotel reservations, event recommendations and tickets, and general advice
- Patrol the lobby area ensuring a first class appearance is maintained and that undesirable persons are identified and security staff are contacted
- Generate 310-Maxx related reports for review and action
- Liaise with Leasing team to ensure vacant spaces are open and in pristine condition prior to tours and assit with tours of common areas
- Establish and maintain effective marketing and communication for all concierge client services
- Update and review main floor building touchscreen directories
- Program elevator access cards for tenants and contractors


- Minimum high school diploma
- 1-3 years experience working within the service industry
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to blend courtesy, active listening and effective questioning to provide outstanding service
- Proven ability to demonstrate patience, diplomacy and empathy when dealing with internal and external customers
- Superior multi-tasking skills to deal with mutliple issues at the same time
- Previous knowledge of fire and life safety protocols will be an asset
