This position will support the Property Management team in the day-to-day operation, providing outstanding service to our tenants and customers.


•Provide supervision and support to the property administration team on ensuring accuracy of billing and collections are received on time
•Continue tenant collections after Property Administrator’s initial collection efforts
•Increase number of accounts on EFT program
•In the event of default, prepare and deliver notices to tenants with respect to landlord’s remedies under the lease, recommend legal action and assist legal counsel as required
•Preparation of monthly a quarterly reports variance analysis, forecast analysis, monthly accruals and annual budget preparation
•Manage the hiring training and monitoring of responsibilities of administrative staff
•Liaison with Head office personnel as required
•Monitor and complete as required the leasehold improvement allowance and parking requirements as per the lease
•Coordinate as required the Broker fees payments and distribution
•Assist with tenant renewal, expansions, and landlord Consents
•Completion of storage leases as required
•Visit tenants and develop ongoing relationships to understand tenant needs and concerns


•2 – 3 year experience in Property Management required
•Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
•Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
•Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset
•Familiarity with LEED EB submissions, BOMA Best and BOMA Certificate
•Excellence processes and documentation is required
•Strong Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required, basic Knowledge in JDE preferred
•Excellent communication skills both written and oral
•Strong interpersonal skills for working closely with customers and tenants
