Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this position will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of HVAC equipment and plumbing fixtures in a high profile office tower.


- Respond to tenant HVAC & plumbing requests generated from 310 Maxx in a timely manner ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction and when required take corrective measures in completing tenant work.
- Build positive relationships with customers/contractors to coordinate services and activities
- Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are performed as per Angus system schedule and within allocated time
- When required, assist Senior Operators with complex preventative maintenance and repairs on building equipment and systems
- Learn and monitor BMS (Metasys) and ensure all systems are operating within specified tolerances
- Maintain building supplies and inventories; recommend purchases of consumable goods and maintenance supplies
- Maintain all service tools and equipment in good working condition and arrange for repair or replacement as required
- Respond to all of Oxford's properties for fire alarm emergencies


- Certified 5th Class Power Engineer
- High school diploma
- Must have working knowledge of office building computerized automation systems and HVAC equipment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work independently and have problem solving skill set and have the ability to prioritize work load
- Superior customer service skills
- Must display sound mechanical aptitude and have some experience with office tower routines.
- Excellent multi tasking and prioritizing skills
