Reporting to the VP, Talent & Organization Development, this position designs Performance solutions for maximum enterprise effectiveness, aligns initiatives to drive performance, deliver impactful programs, and advise for leading edge practices, impacting strategic business decisions and driving results.


Design and deliver a broad range of Performance programs to achieve business strategy and enhance the organizational culture
Provide Centre of Excellence thought leadership, advice and support to CHRO, HR Business Partners and their teams across the enterprise
Lead, design and deliver the Performance Management function across the enterprise. Delivery includes identifying areas of improvement, research, analysis, consulting with stakeholders, proposing recommendations, design, communications/training to support, and evaluation
Lead the analysis, design and delivery of HR programs to enable Performance, such as Mentoring, Career Management, Development Planning, Job rotations
Work across all areas of Talent, HR and the enterprise to integrate Performance into business functions, technology, Learning & Development programs, Leadership Development, and deliver ad-hoc, cross-function and global projects as required
Initiate enterprise wide Performance Management process improvements, process mapping/documentation practices, standards, procedures and policies
Support on-going implementation of automated systems (HRIS, myPMP system) across the enterprise
Manage the Talent & OD budgets, program budgets, chargebacks and daily tracking
Participate in other related activities and/or special projects as assigned


10+ years progressive HR experience across multiple HR disciplines (e.g. talent management, competency development, assessment, performance management, training & development, organization development, etc.)
Completed post-secondary education, preferably in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Psychology or related field
Professional HR designation is an asset
Ability to consult and translate business needs into projects and programs that drive organizational performance
Proven experience in project management, process mapping and program delivery
Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize and recommend
Solid leadership, coaching, facilitation, presentation and relationship management skills
Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written and delivery)
Excellent time and project management skills with proven organizational and multi-tasking proficiency
Organizational agility, with a high level of comfort in dealing with employees at all levels
Ability to build rapport and maintain high level of confidence and integrity at all levels of the organization
Attention to detail, accuracy and precision
