The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the day to day Admin and Accounts Payable functions.


Administrative duties -as required by either the Operation Managers or any of the Property Managers; this includes filing expenses, generating of reports as required and returning calls to tenants with utility concerns. Also includes reception relief for a week at a time on a rotation of a six week period.
Accounts Payable- entering invoices for all Business Units into JDE ensuring all proper levels of signatures are obtained before sending for processing
Petty Cash reimbursements and reconciliations
Daily Revenue Deposits
Managing utilities billing
Payroll- maintaining hourly and salaried staff records accurately, inputting of hours into JDE


High school diploma (Post secondary education preferred)
Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables knowledge
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office/Excel/Word/Adobe Acrobat)
General knowledge of building operations
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
