Reporting to the Property Manager, the Property and Leasing Administrator is mainly responsible to professionally qualify prospective residents and follow-up with them for the ultimate purpose of renting suites.
Showing and leasing of available suites in a timely manner achieving the highest possible market rents and maintain budget guidelines.Completion of all documentation related to leasing i.e. applications, credit checks, references, advertising requirements, traffic reports, market surveys, welcome packages. Inspection of vacant suites and pre move-out inspections, follow up on deficiencies with site staff. Assist Property/General Manager in all administrative and operational duties as required, meeting all deadlines on reporting.Prime focus on customer service on a daily basis and organize and maintain resident retention programs.Assist with organizing and scheduling monthly move-ins, move-outs. Assist with scheduling of contractors and trades for maintenance both in occupied and vacant suites completing a scope of work consistent with established policies and procedures.
Post secondary education with designation or certificates in property management preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Minimum of 2 years related work experience.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Working knowledge of building operations and leasing/sales.
