The primary responsibility of this position is the processing, auditing and on-going maintenance of data related to lease agreement, legal, business and financial terms in JDE system.


Update and maintain lease related information on JDE Client Systems for Yorkdale as required for property administration;

Prepare Notice of Charges and related correspondence to Tenants; and preparation of leases and related documents in Oxdocs;

Liaison with Property Manager, other Property Administrator(s), Accounting and Systems groups to identify JDE issues and/or improvements and take corrective action;

Audit lease documentation on on-going basis as related to JDE for completeness, providing monthly status reports;

Audit Rent Control reports and Tenant Roster on monthly basis ensuring rent postings are complete and accurate, providing monthly reports;

Audit building floor and area information on on-going basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness, providing monthly reports;

Maintain Tenant files, including lease documentation; insurance and area certifications, obtaining missing information;

Maintain record of Site Plan changes, providing monthly updates.


Post Secondary Diploma or University;

Accounting Courses;

Minimum 2 years related experience;

Property Management Software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Business Administration and/or Property Management or Real Estate Lease Administration;

4 - 5 years of work related experience;

JDE Client Systems; Oxford Systems and Programs.
