Scope:

This position will support the Property Management team to provide the best possible tenant and customer service for the Edmonton City Centre Office portfolio, a complex comprising about 700,000 square feet.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in establishing and maintaining "World Class" customer relations with tenants
- Establish ongoing relationships to understand tenant needs and concerns
- Ensure tenant visitations are updated in CRM module;
- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with tenants before, during and after any construction projects
- Arrange and complete Tenant move in/out inspections procedures
- Coordinate tenant events
- Assist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of internal and external relationships
- Assist in annual budget preparation
- Assist with all monthly and quarterly reports
- Provide supervision and support to the property administrator to ensure accuracy of billings and collections are received on time. Provide collection support as approved by Property Manager
- Develop complete understanding of all documentation and flow, providing support to all departments if required
- Assist in the hiring, training and monitoring of responsibilities of Tower Concierge in conjunction with PM
- Liaise with internal and external partners
- Work closely with Property Manager and Operations Supervisor on all capital projects
- Perform routine building and unit inspections
- Work closely with Operations Supervisor on National Program initiatives
- Interpret leases and ensure requirements are adhered to
- Assist with tenant renewals, expansions and landlord consents
- Work with administration team ensuring current tenant lease profiles are inputted into the system accurately
- Monitor and follow up on 310-maxx tenant requests as required
- Assist with resolution of any tenant issues
- All other duties and projects as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset
