Scope:

This position will support the Director, Retail Leasing and provide assistance to other VPs, Directors, and Managers as required.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of LOI's/Offers to Lease/Business Correspondence/SDM's

Making distribution copies and sending of documents and reports to co-owners/tenants.

Liaise with property management/legal and accounting teams as well as external clients.

Understand and run financial reports on OASIS, JD Edwards, OXBIZ and Toolkit

Review and summarize leases and other legal documents.

Process expense reports, co-ordinate travel, filing and photocopying.

Maintain Schedules/appointment calendar an behalf of the VP.

Preparation of presentations to solicit new business, reports to co-owners using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma (College or University Degree with a focus in Business Administration preferred).

2-3 years of administration experience (4-5 years of experience supporting a senior manager preferred).

Understanding of leases and legal contracts.

Real Estate and Retail Leasing knowledge preferred

Detail oriented with excellent organizational and problem solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
