Scope:

To provide assistance, support and be depedable to all tenants, visitors, clients and contractors visiting the organization on a daily basis at the front desk of the management office.

Responsibilities:

- Answer all incoming phone calls and manage the main switchboard to route calls as needed
- Open and close the office, ensuring the main Reception area is immaculate at all times
- Greet tenants, visitors, clients and contractors visiting the office and ensuring superior customer service skills
- Oversee the scheduling of meeting rooms and maintain tidiness after each meeting
- Oversee and restock the servery with supplies as needed
- Distribute mail and manage all courier service
- Manage coding for all invoices
- Manage office supplies as needed
- Update and distribute master telephone list
- Assist with 310-MAXX monitoring as needed
- Manage sign-out sheets for payroll
- Assist with other administrative duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum high school diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience in a customer service role
- 3-5 years experience as a Receptionist in an office environment
- Exceptional customer service
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office
- Experience or knowledge of the real estate industry would be an asset
