Scope:

This position will support the Property Management team in the day-to-day operation of WaterPark Place, providing outstanding service to our tenants and customers.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in establishing and maintaining superior customer relations with tenants through tenant visitations and updating the CRM module
- Coordinate the completion of tenant fix-ups, tenant allowances, landlord's work, capital expenditures and other construction projects, including managing construction schedules and contractors, track costs, process invoices, and compiling documentation as needed
- Assist in budget preparation and monthly and quarterly variance reporting and revenue analysis
- Prepare monthly financial accruals
- Provide supervision and support to the property administration team and ensure customer payments are made on time
- Plan, coordinate and execute tenant events
- Work with Property Manager to coordinate and supervise various third party contractors that provide services to the WaterPark Place complex

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset
- Familiarity with LEED EB submissions, BOMA Best and BOMA Certificate of Excelelnce processes and documentation is required
