Scope:

This position will support the Property Manager and the Oxford Management Team in the day-to-day operation of a Class A Commercial Office/Retail Complex comprising 1.6 million square feet.

Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
- Assist in establishing and maintaining superior customer relations with tenants
- Ensure tenant visitations are updated in CRM module
- Work to communicate effectively with tenants before, during and after any construction project
- Ensure tenant move-ins/outs are completed efficiently and in accordance with lease terms

Reporting:
- Assist in ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and in a timely manner, recognizing the importance of internal and external relationships
- Assist in annual budget preparation, quarterly reforecasting/reporting, monthly financial management
- Assist with leasing and capital cost tracking and invoice coding

Lease Administration:
- Prepare and deliver notices to tenants with respect to lease administration
- Interpret leases and ensure requirements are adhered to
- Assist with tenant renewals, expansions and landlord consents
- Monitor and complete leasehold improvement allowance and parking requirements in accordance with lease terms
- Monitor storage inventory and assist with storage documentation

Accounts Receivable:
- Provide support to the property administration team to ensure accuracy of billings and collections are received on time

Retail:
- Assist the Urban Retail General Manager with managing the Concourse retail at the Richmond-Adelaide Centre

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree with focus in business or real estate
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage priorities under pressure with careful attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Enrolment in RPA/CPM is an asset
