Scope:

We are currently looking for two (2) Development Analysts to join our team. The candidate will report to the Director, Development.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in creation of pro forma financial models for existing and/or future development opportunities using Microsoft Excel and ARGUS.
• Run lease sensitivity analysis for development projects.
• Assist in preparation of write-up to Executive Committee/Co-Owners/Board.
• Assist in preparation of presentations to Executive Committee/Co-Owners/Board.
• Work with Oxford's Investment team on development related acquisitions.
• Liaise with internal and external groups to gather supporting detail and information for various development scenarios.
• Research and collect information material for pre-development Pro forma models and potential new opportunities.
• Provide analytical support to development and construction project leads for monthly reporting and accruals.

Qualifications:

• University Degree.
• Minimum 2 years real estate experience or analysis work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Advanced Word and PowerPoint).
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Dyna, ARGUS, Proforma modeling and accounting skills.
• Excellent written/communication skills.
