Position Summary

As an Account Executive, National Disability Partnerships, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services to our clients and customers. This is a Work from Home position. Your home office work environment will need to be safe by Occupational Health and Safety standards, quiet, with few distractions and overall conducive to working productively, effectively and confidentially. You will require consistent internet capability of at least 25 Mbps, and preferably 50 Mbps, download speed. We will provide you with a computer, telephone and headset. Your office set up must allow the telephone to be physically connected by cable to your router.

What you'll be doing

• Responsible for project management of large Complex Care or Disability Management implementation programs including liaising with key contact, union groups, with respect to contract and process.
• Respond to customer queries and concerns, and consult with customers on Return to Work or Disability Management policies, and best practice.
• Understand customer needs, identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
• Update Salesforce CRM in a timely fashion, ensuring that customer information is accurate and in accordance with the specified contract terms
• Facilitate new customer launches and implementation activities, the distribution of promotional materials, and custom-designed service delivery components when required.
• Provide consultation to leaders, human resources departments and other key contacts regarding short term disability policies and practices, acting as a subject-matter expert.
• Review and develop promotional and awareness tools & strategies to meet utilization targets.
• Coordinate and represent programs and services at corporate client wellness fairs in alignment with strategic plan for account.
• Work within established renewal strategy put forth by Assistant Vice President, Disability Partnerships and manage corporate client expectations related to contract renewal and renewal terms.
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments with customer base to be able to identify possible areas for synergy and partnership with Homewood Health™ apart from contracted services.
• Attend conferences to liaise with existing customers and brokers and keep current with knowledge of EFAP and mental health industry
• Initiate cross-departmental collaboration and communication to ensure smooth service delivery and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Disability Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and supports other Account Executives, as necessary.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, Disability Studies or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a Disability Management or Clinical role that interfaces with customers, or with an Insurer
• Ability to apply critical, analytical thinking and creativity when developing customer focused solutions
• Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills in English; French skills are an asset
• Strong business acumen and unbridled curiosity
• Ability to influence and negotiate solutions that are financially and operationally feasible and sustainable for the long term
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and negotiating skills
• Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
• Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as contribute to team objectives
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, and CRM software (Salesforce)
• Valid driver’s license, access to vehicle, and the ability to travel
