Position Summary

As a Accounting Administrator, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. This can be work from home or a hybrid opportunity depending on where you live. What you'll be doing

• Manage accounts receivable by issuing invoices, tracking collections, resolving outstanding payments, updating account information and customer records.
• Conduct customer analysis/statistical reporting for other internal departments.
• Prepare journal entries and bank reconciliations on a timely basis to ensure financial reports and statements are accurate.
• Prepare month end accounting procedures, supporting working papers and month end reconciliations.
• Prepare year end working papers and audit files for the external auditors.
• Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required by manager.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft office and accounting programs,
• Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and short timeframe
• Troubleshooting problems, gathering and developing efficiencies
• 2 years’ experience working in finance and administration and experience in Accounts Receiving processing.
• College Diploma in Accounting and clear understanding of Accounting procedures
• Problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented individual who works accurately
• Embrace new ideas and ways to do things
• Bilingual French and English
• Strong organizational and time management skills
