Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. If you are looking for a company that is constantly moving forward in pursuit of successful outcomes, get ready to love it here!

This position is responsible for the project initiation, reporting, team management, and budget of various projects as part of the Project Management Office. This position is also responsible for the development of project management practices within the organization. Projects are not isolated to Information Technology Project and will focus more on managing complex organizational projects as directed by the Senior Management Team.

What you'll be doing

• Apply project management methodologies to ensure project success
• Support the development of a project charter and establish project milestone based on the design and scope of work
• Develop project proposals/recommendations, detailed work plans, time and cost estimates
• Provide formalized, continuing work direction and leadership to assigned team’s and review of project work
• Initiate, direct and lead project meetings, prepare reports, maintain schedules and cost plans, and manage and control for risks
• Track, monitor, and communicate the project against the project plan, requirements, budget, quality measures, standard processes, and milestones
• Coordinate the input, support and communication with all functional/business areas that impact project scope, business value, and risk and resource requirements
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as necessary to ensure desired project progression
• Consult on other projects as required
• Resolve or facilitate resolution of problems
• Prepare and deliver presentations when required
• Analyze and document business processes, developing detailed process flowcharts
• Develop business process maps for recommended processes and solve complex problems as required
• Development of business cases to support project initiation
• Perform business research to support project decisions

What we're looking for

• Bachelors or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant comparable credentials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, meticulous, technical and detail oriented
• Professional, collaborative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication and advanced level computer skills are required to facilitate meetings, coach staff, develop procedures and prepare executive reports
• Ability to work collaboratively while building strong professional relationships with internal and external business partners
